Jack Wilshere telah disahkan menandatangani kontrak jangka masa panjang bersama Arsenal hari ini selepas Wilshere bersetuju menerima peningkatan gaji yang mendadak dari 15 ribu pound seminggu ke 50 ribu pound seminggu di dalam kontrak jangka masa panjang untuk memastikan tiada tawaran akan dikemukakan kepada Jack Wilshere pada musim perpindahan nanti..

Berikut ialah kenyataan Arsene Wenger selepas Wilshere komited bersama Arsenal.. "It's such great news that Jack has committed his long-term future to the Club. Kerana sesungguhnya Fabianski merupakan rakan baiknya dan Szczesny sendiri menjadi salah seorang penyokong Fabianski.. Namun mungkin beliau sedar yang Manuel Almunia akan kembali mengambil tempatnya dan beliau kembali terkeluar dari senarai.. Atikah harap Wenger dapat cari jalan untuk memastikan Szczesny kekal di Arsenal..

Kerana kehilangan pemain sebaik Szczesny ialah sesuatu yang tidak patut berlaku.. Mungkin dengan penjualan Manuel Almunia yang dilihat tidak akan boleh beraksi di tahap terbaiknya mungkin akan membuatkan Szczesny membuat keputusan melanjutkan kontraknya..
